Gym

Members are women and men who range in ability and age from about 18-80 and participate in both group and private training.

 

Group Training

  • Mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Small group environment with personalized attention
  • 45 minute, high-energy classes
  • Circuit and strength training
  • Workouts designed for total effectiveness

 

Group Schedule

  • Morning class meets at 5:45am
  • Evening class meets at 5:30pm
  • Saturday morning class meets at 8:30am
  • Additional class times are considered based on interest

 

Private Training

  • Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Workouts tailored to your personal fitness and/or weight loss goals
